How we deliver your custom miniatures across India

Production Time
Each miniature is custom-made and hand-painted. Our production time is typically 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation and photo submission. Complex orders or bulk orders may require additional time, which will be communicated to you.
Delivery Timeline
- All major cities in India
- Metro cities: Same week delivery
- Tier 2 cities: 5-7 days
- Remote areas: 7-10 days
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details via WhatsApp and email. You can track your package using the courier's website or app. We primarily use Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post for shipping.
Packaging
Your miniatures are carefully packaged in protective bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Each package includes:
- Protective foam padding
- Fragile handling stickers
- GST invoice
- Care instructions
Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. A COD fee of ₹50 may apply. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package at the delivery address. Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. For international orders or inquiries, please contact us directly via WhatsApp.
