By accessing and using Jasira's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Jasira provides custom 3D printed miniatures created from customer-provided photos. Our services include:

• 3D modeling from customer photos
• 3D printing using high-quality resin
• Hand-painting of miniatures
• Shipping within India

3. Order Process

Orders are placed through our website and confirmed via WhatsApp. The process includes:

• Selecting miniature type and placing order
• Providing clear photos via WhatsApp
• Order confirmation and payment
• Production (7-10 business days)
• Shipping with tracking

4. Photo Requirements

For best results, customers should provide:

• High-resolution, clear photos
• Good lighting with minimal shadows
• Front-facing or desired angle clearly visible
• No filters or heavy editing

We reserve the right to request better photos if the provided images are unsuitable for creating a quality miniature.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST (18%). Payment is accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (COD) for eligible orders. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a processing fee.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once production has begun. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India using reliable courier services. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after production is complete. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹5,000. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers retain all rights to their original photos. We retain the rights to the 3D models and miniatures we create. We may use photos for promotional purposes only with explicit customer consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jasira liability is limited to the value of the product ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
